Thank you for shopping with Dark Arts Artificers. We take great pride in our unique, handcrafted creations. Due to the personalized, custom, and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed items, laser engravings, and resin art, all sales are final.

 

Our Commitment to Quality

Each item is crafted with care and inspected for quality before it is shipped. We are committed to providing you with a product that you will love.

 

Exceptions: Damages and Issues

While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to making things right if an error occurs on our end.

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or damaged in transit.

  • The wrong item.

  • Incorrectly customized due to an error on our part (e.g., a misspelled name that differs from what was submitted in your order).

 

To report an issue, please contact us at info@darkartsarticifers.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition. We will review the issue and, if approved, will work with you to send a replacement for your item as quickly as possible.

 

Because our products are unique and custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than those listed above. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to continue creating unique, personalized art for our customers.
