Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dark Arts Artificers. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
As many of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order, some items may require a longer processing time. Please refer to the individual product description for any special processing time notes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not within our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Dark Arts Artificers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an item is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking information, Dark Arts Artificers is no longer responsible for the package. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that are stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can help investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and current shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
